Vulcanized S.I.B.® Smooth Inner Bore Fitting Systems

Silicone tubing and hoses can be assembled in numerous sizes with state-of-the-art sanitary connections. Sanitary vulcanized ends allow for the fabrication of hose assemblies with a smooth, virtually crevice-free interior surface that extends over the sealing face.

This entire assembly has one internal diameter (I.D.) that eliminates bacteria traps and assures maximum flow rates and minimal pressure drop per given size. These non-metallic, platinum-cured sanitary ends provide built-in male sanitary gaskets, eliminating the need for an independent gasket, which is often difficult to align or gets dropped during installation. The sanitary ends create a face-to-face total live length allowing greater flexibility in the length assemblies.

Vulcanized ends are recommended for use with STHT silicone tubing/hoses only.
