Designed and fabricated as a barbless, crevice-free vulcanized
manifold union, the Sani-Link™ manifold is available in
eight configurations in I.D. sizes of 1/8 in. to 1/2 in.
Sani-Link™ S.I.B.® technology is supported by validation and
cGMP standards. This product line is manufactured from our
platinum-cured, bio-pharmaceutical-grade silicone resin.
Due to
the fact that Sani-Links™ are available in desired lengths
and diameters, they can be utilized for many demanding
applications. Sani-Link™ manifold processing applications
range from processing sterile filling to handling of
metal-sensitive pharmaceuticals. Process engineers and
designers can specify any combination of these vulcanized
crevice-free, barbless sanitary manifolds. Sani-Links™ are
available in 45 durometer for use with either STHT-C
non-reinforced silicone tubing or STHT-R braid-reinforced
silicone hose.
Sani-Link™
vulcanized manifolds can be cleaned and sterilized by SIP
(braid-reinforced only), gamma radiation or CIP procedures.
While in use with the STHT In-Field Vulcanizing System, you
can fabricate custom sanitary end connections that ensure
high-purity and full autoclavability.
