Ultra Pure Storage Tanks |

Developed
specifically for the biopharmaceutical industry,
TerraPharma™ non-metallic cone-bottom process
vessels are the tanks of choice where aseptic fluid
handling is required.
Terracon manufactures these vessels from FDA
compliant polypropylene resin. They meet USP Class
VI standards, and are autoclavable. Fittings, ports,
and accessories are available in the styles, sizes,
and locations that best fit your individual system
requirements. Reliable lead-times will meet your
construction, upgrade, or preventive maintenance
schedules.

The TerraPure®
was designed for the purest process waters or
chemistries. The one-piece capsule shape design
provides for complete drainage. A Viton®-gasketed 6"
screw lid maintains nitrogen blanket pressure.
Unique, "no profile" fittings assure no internal
tank protrusions to collect particles, and no
crevices, welds or seams to support microbial
growth. One-piece rotationally molded constructions
yields a rugged, seamless, corrosion free container
suitable for an almost unlimited number of solution,
storage and dispensing applications.

The TerraPure-F® has been fluorinated for ultra-pure
storage. This model offers, in addition to the
standard features, a PTFE (post-mold fluorinated -
polytetrafluoroethylene) barrier. This
fluoropolymerization technique provides an inert
surface - no extractables, no ionic contamination -
all at a fraction of the cost of traditional
fluoroplastic tanks.
The all-plastic,
artfully engineered pedestal is molded entirely of
Linear Polyethylene (no metal reinforcement). This
unique tank stand is capable of supporting loads up
to 4000 lbs! A convenient "mousehole" provides easy
access to the bottom center fitting. |
