A full
line of concentric reducers that are machined from 316L
stainless steel and eliminate cones and welding to modify
in-line sanitary tubing systems is available.
The gauge reducers are machined from 316L
stainless steel, electropolished to a 20 Ra I.D. surface
finish and are only 1.25" long. Featuring one-piece
construction and a smooth bore to prevent entrapments, these
short concentric reducers are supplied with a single
material certification for full traceability.
Designed to save space when reducing or increasing tubing
sizes, these reducers are available off the shelf in 28
standard combinations of Tri-Clamp® sizes from 1/2" to 4" O.D.
Ideal for clean room environments, they are an ideal
replacement for conventional welded concentric reducers
which are typically 3" to 12" long. |
