Color Grip Gaskets

The ColorGrip™ is the only gasket designed to meet the specific needs of the Biopharmaceutical industry. Through its innovative design, the ColorGrip™ offers controlled compression, ease of assembly and color-coding in one package.

The engineered support element of the ColorGrip™ provides a mechanism for controlling gasket compression when tightening the fitting or applying a thermal load. By accurately controlling compression, intrusion of the gasket into the flow path is minimized resulting in a sterile, easily cleanable connection.

The ColorGrip™ support element is available in a variety of colors allowing easy product or process segregation. Since this support element is not in product contact, validation requirements are minimized or eliminated when changing colors or switching to the ColorGrip™.

An added feature of the 1" and larger ColorGrip™ gaskets is the ability to snap onto the ferrule. This gripping action makes assembling fittings much easier for the operator and ensures proper alignment for a clean leak free connection each time.

The ColorGrip™ Gaskets are available with USP Class VI - EPDM, Viton®/FKM or Platinum Cured Silicone as the sealing material.
