Custom Gaskets - Extrusions, Sheet Material and Cord Stock |

Custom Gaskets are used in processing pipeline systems for
the food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and bio tech
industries. The products are manufactured from EPDM,
Viton®, Buna-N, and Silicone.
All compounds meet the criteria of the FDA, and some
compound formulations have also been certified and accepted
by the USDA, 3-A Sanitary Standards, and USP Class VI
certifications. |

Extrusions |
 |
Our extrusion capabilities are available in straight
lengths or in bonded shapes to form an endless
component. We can extrude a custom profile
(limited to 1" in diameter) from 2 feet to 50 feet
lengths from our Buna-N, Viton® and EPDM compounds.
Currently, we also have several standard extrusion
molds available for your use.
Some of the extrusions shown at the left are custom
shapes and may not be available for resale. |

Sheet Material |
 |
At STI, we
offer the highest quality sheet material made from
specially formulated compounds. Sheet material is
available in various thickness in 36"wide rolls. Can
be purchased by the linear inch or can be used for
special die cut gaskets. |

Cord Stock |
 |
We offer a
wide range of cord stock in various materials and
thickness. These cord stocks can be purchased by the
foot or custom made into o-rings.

white), Silicone (white & red) and Viton® (black &
