STI Components can manufacture any custom flexible hose assembly required as specified by the customer. We can take your drawing or supply a sketch of the assembly discussed for approval prior to quoting and construction.
Flexible assemblies are of obvious importance for applications concerning the effects of vibration elimination, thermal contraction, or just ease of field assembly where you need not be concerned about exact dimensions and field welding or brazing of piping between components which may eventually be removed or replaced anyway.
The stainless steel hose sizes and pressure ratings below cover most of the typical connection requirements for customer stations, cryogenic trailer pumps, and other miscellaneous connections. Armor casing can be provided on lengths for the sizes below, typical hse length for armor is 3 feet minimum length for the ½” I.D. and longer in relation to the I.D. for larger diameter hoses, since on short lengths the armor casing can limit the flexibility of the assembly.
