• All of our hose assemblies are CLEANED FOR OXYGEN SERVICE according to Compressed Gas Association Standard CGA G-4.1 “Cleaning Equipment for Oxygen Service.”
• All of our hose assemblies are HYDROSTATICALLY PRESSURE TESTED to 1.5 times the Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (1.5 x MAWP) with clean water.
• All of our hose assemblies are NITROGEN GAS TESTED to the Maximum Allowable Working Pressure or a maximum of 3500 psi for gas tight assurance.
• All of our hose assemblies are properly marked with the “STI” brand and style, the “MAWP”, and the “Month/Year” code for ease of identification and proper application. Customer specified markings can also be supplied.
• All of our hose assemblies are dried, capped, and bagged to maintain the cleanliness of the assembly from the time it leaves our factory to the time of arrival at our customers.
