EZ Top® Container Closures and Tubing Sets

Made from pharmaceutical grade C-Flex® Resin and Tubing to insure an unobstructed fluid path, extremely low levels of extractables and provide an elastomeric seal against glass, plastic and metal surfaces. EZ Tops® are manufactured in an FDA registered facility in accordance with strict FDA cGMP guidelines. One piece construction eliminates contamination and product loss due to loose connections.

Standard configurations fit a wide variety of glass, plastic and stainless steel containers, from 15ml vials to 50L carboys.
Autoclavable or pre-sterilized (gamma irradiated). Available individually packaged or as a complete sterile assembly, including EZ Top®, bottles and/or tubing.
Economical, designed for single use, eliminating cleaning and contamination form repeated use.
Commonly used with sterile connecting devices and thermal tubing sealers.
Fast turnaround on small lots and custom configurations.

Bio-Simplex Spinner Flask


	Bio-Simplex Spinner Flask accessories allow user to maintain current investment in glassware, but with the convenience of single-use filling accessories. Molded one piece construction creates a seamless fluid path and unobstructed inner bore, eliminates contamination and product loss due to loose connections. Bio-Simplex Flex-Joint uses a patent-pending design and construction which eliminates tube kinking and shape loss after autoclaving. Bio-Simplex Flex Joint designed to accommodate angle deviation in hand blown spinner flasks. Autoclavable or pre-sterilized (gamma irradiated). Can be combined with Bio-Simplex Manifolds and EZ Top® Container Closures to create a closed loop system.
